The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies is releasing the report, Bridging the Evidence Gap in Obesity Prevention: A Framework to Inform Decision Making. The report defines a new process to help decision makers use evidence when determining what actions to take as they confront the obesity epidemic and other complex public health issues.
