The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with the assistance of the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), will host two webinars  focused on providing information on policy, systems, and environmental changes that target reducing chronic disease risk factors of tobacco use and exposure, obesity, physical inactivity, and poor nutrition.

These Webinars will provide information that will be useful to potential applicants of the recently released CDC Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number CDC-RFA-DP09-912ARRA09, “Communities Putting Prevention to Work.”
